2-10 Home Warranty

We are proud to offer 2-10 Home Warranties on every home we build. Our 10 year insurance-backed, new construction structural warranty is the most used and best recognized warranty in the home building business. The 2-10 HBW New Construction Warranty, with one-year of workmanship surety coverage, two-years of systems surety coverage, and ten-years of structural defect coverage, is also a Protection Plan approved by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

This warranty is provided on newly-constructed homes by builder members of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program. To be a member of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program, Jim Bartley Homes must meet strict underwriting guidelines and agree to abide by the terms of the national 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program agreement. In return, you get the satisfaction of knowing that our warranty obligations are clearly defined in writing and backed by a well-known warranty insurer.

Our warranty and customer service manager, Heather Edwards, will enroll your home in the program at the date of closing. You will receive a Jim Bartley Homes Certificate of Warranty in the mail. We provide the warranty work if needed, and 2-10 HBW arranges insurance-backing for the our warranty.
